OVERVIEW:

Winter team training is probably the best kind of training youth players can experience because the winter training is indoors and it forces kids to play and think quicker and teaches them the two most important parts of the game which is to become a very good technical player and have a good soccer IQ. Indoor training teaches this because of the smaller spaces within the gym and prepares kids so that when they go outdoors the game becomes easier because of the larger spaces.
